We manage all service requests through the Help Center.
So for example, if you are chatting about an item in slack and it needs it's own ticket, you can right click to create the issue right in slack.
Slack JIRA Integration
Right click on a topic in slack to create a ticket in JIRA.
View your Tickets
Once a ticket is created you will receive an email to access your view of the Service Desk.
