You are welcome to engage with us through:

  • Slack
  • Email
  • Embedded Help Chat
  • Video calls

We manage all service requests through the Help Center.
So for example, if you are chatting about an item in slack and it needs it's own ticket, you can right click to create the issue right in slack.

View your Tickets

Once a ticket is created you will receive an email to access your view of the Service Desk.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Monday through Friday

Time to First Response

Enterprise: 2 hours

Please note for open source tickets, we do not provide any guaranteed time for first response. We encourage you to create technical tickets directly on Github.
