To create a new connection you simply need the connection string.

Set these values:

DIFFGRAM_AZURE_CONNECTION_STRING
DIFFGRAM_AZURE_CONTAINER_NAME
ML__DIFFGRAM_AZURE_CONTAINER_NAME
DIFFGRAM_STATIC_STORAGE_PROVIDER = "azure"
