What will we cover in the tutorial?

Importing GeoTiff file
Creating labels, attributes, and global attributes
Annotate areas of the city that may be affected by flood
Apply attributes to give more information about the annotated area (resident area, park, etc.)
Apply global attributes (probability of the area being affected by flood from 1 to 5)
Export data to JSON file

Installed Diffgram or account on diffgram.com
GeoTiff file for annotation (if you want to follow along - we will be using this file)
