Drag and drop the attribute elements on the UI to reorder them.
The small number in grey corresponds to the order of display on the UI.

Another option is that you run a small script to create all attributes and provide the ordinal on the Update endpoint. That way you can set the order programmatically and replicate the structure on future projects if you desire.
