How to Make a Pull Request without Repo Access

Steps

1. Fork Diffgram
2. Do you work in your forked version
3. Create a pull request with Diffgram as the base repository.

You may need to click "compare across forks" or something similar.
You know it's working if it has diffgram/diffgram as base repository.

This way the pull request will show up in diffgram/diffgram and can be merged.
